Flower Subscription

Send a floral subscription and never forget a birthday or anniversary again! Subscriptions make an amazing wedding gift also. We will craft one of a kind seasonally varying florals to fit with your color scheme learn more below
How it works:
- Choose the Flower Subscription Package you want.
- We'll ask a few questions to help us create a bouquet that is perfect for you or your loved one
- Choose a date for the first delivery. Subsequent deliveries will occur on the same day of the month. Alternative date options can be listed in "notes to designer" and we will make those edits post form submission. Delivery's are not available on Sundays and Saturday holidays. If a delivery falls on Sunday or Holiday, the following available delivery date will be used.
- Payments for subscriptions can be made all together with your first shipment, or you may select to be charged per delivery. Burnett's will not ship out any orders that have not been paid for. If we encounter issues with card charges we will contact you, failure to reach you regarding this will result in orders not being shipped out on selected dates.
- Subscription Changes: If you need to make changes or have questions concerning the subscription, please email burnetts@shaw.cawith the following information
- - Your Name
  - Original Date of Subscription
  - Subscription Reference Number
- Cancellation Policy: You must notify Burnett's Florist at 250-762-3512 two weeks prior to your next delivery date
- If any of these options are not a great fit for your subscription needs, call us and we will craft a custom option for your schedule and budget.

Delivery Disclaimer

For each delivery subscription a delivery fee will be added. Delivery fees vary as follows: Kelowna central and Glenmore delivery is 13.95, Rutland and Mission delivery 15.95, west Kelowna and black mountain area 16.95, McKinley area 19.95.

Every recipient is contacted before delivery by phone to insure that they are home, they are aware they are getting a delivery, their residence is accessible by our drivers, and that items are not damaged or stolen when un attended. If recipients cannot be reached we will contact you to inform you and we will continue to attempt to make contact with your recipient. Deliveries are charged per attempt multiple delivery attempts will incur additional charges
